For thousands of years our people have endured. We have faced floods, plagues, exile and persecution. Yet the Jewish people, and the light we share with the world, have persevered. But climate change is an unprecedented challenge, and it threatens to rupture this remarkable chain of Jewish history and achievement.  If we are to endure as we always have, the Jewish community must confront this challenge head-on. The Olam Project, by working with leaders in the U.S. and Israel, ensures that the Jewish community will play a defining role in meeting the climate challenge, continuing our remarkable Jewish story.
